The Kazoku Aogami Super Yo Santoku is an extra deluxe variant, featuring Aogami Blue Paper Super Steel blade. It has a gorgeously rustic kurouchi finish and can attain high sharpness, making it fit for heavy-duty purposes in busy kitchens. Perfect for chopping vegetables and fruits, as well as for cutting red meat and fish.

Made for experienced cooks, it sports extra durability due to the two stainless steel layers protecting a hard steel core. Comes with a black finish and a nice, forged texture that protects the metal. The knife comes with a comfortable standard Western-style handle made of Pakka wood secured with rivets.
