Delivery Information
We ship from Badhoevedorp, the Netherlands. Shipping days are Monday to Friday.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders placed before 16:00 are packed and shipped the same day on working days. Orders placed after 16:00 or during the weekend ship the next working day.
The Netherlands and Belgium usually deliver in 1 business day. Most other countries have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping partners
Orders shipped to the Netherlands are sent with PostNL. Orders shipped to other countries are normally sent with UPS.
PostNL international is not offered right now.
Tracking, address, and PO boxes
After placing an order, you'll receives a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
We can ship to home addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes.

Delivery issues
Damaged parcel: You should contact us within 1 day and include clear photos of the box and product.
Lost parcel: We will start an investigation with the carrier and usually sends a replacement within 2 days.
Split shipments: If an order needs multiple parcels, you will be informed.
