Kazoku Taifuu Zen Petty 13 cm

A refined and agile utility knife from the Taifuu Zen series, ideal for precise cutting tasks such as peeling, trimming, and slicing herbs or smaller cuts of meat and vegetables. With its subtle whirlwind-inspired Damascus pattern and compact design, this 13 cm Petty knife brings together Japanese sharpness, balance, and control in one elegant tool.

The Kazoku Taifuu Zen Petty is forged from AUS10 stainless steel and hardened to 61 HRC for excellent sharpness and edge retention. The matte core contrasts beautifully with the polished Damascus layers, offering a quieter, more understated version of the original Taifuu’s storm-like pattern—while still showcasing the craftsmanship and layered steel structure that defines the series.

The octagonal handle is crafted from water-resistant oak wood, providing a secure grip even with wet hands. Lightweight and well-balanced, this knife excels in any kitchen, whether you're prepping vegetables, fruit, or delicate proteins.
