This traditional Santoku comes with a beautiful mirror finish that clearly shows the distinctive steel lines. This knife scores high on aesthetics, and at the same time the high polish also makes the food less likely to stick on the knife for easier, faster cutting.

This 'santokumes' is made of special Japanese steel that has a high durability, so each knife has an amazing razor sharpness that stays.  Comes with a round bolster and a Western-style handle made of durable Pakka wood secured with rivets. It is a comfortable and reliably sharp knife for expert cooks.
